Your subscription

You manage your subscription under Accountancy > Subscription. Only the account owner can do this.

The free trial

You start with 30 days free, with no payment details. You can use everything with 1 shop and up to 100 items in stock. A few days before the end, you see a notice at the top of your dashboard.

Trial over and no subscription yet? You can still view and download everything, but you can't sell or add items anymore. Nothing gets deleted. Choose a plan and you can carry on right away.

Pay yearly and you get 20% off. Only items still for sale count. Sold items and items in the trash bin don't.

Upgrading

On the Subscription page, choose a bigger plan. You only pay the difference for the rest of the period. The new limits apply right away.

Downgrading or canceling

Click Manage subscription. This takes you to the secure customer portal of our payment partner, Stripe. There you can switch to a smaller plan, change your payment details or cancel. If you cancel, your subscription runs until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Invoices

Your invoices are at the bottom of the Subscription page. Choose a period, check the ones you want and download them one by one or together in a zip file. Every paid invoice also comes with a receipt.

A payment fails

If a payment fails, for example because your card expired, you see a notice with a Pay now button. You have a month to sort it out. If you don't pay in time, you can still view and download everything afterward, but you can't sell or add items until the payment is in.

Deleting your account

If you delete your account at the bottom of Settings > Shop, your subscription stops right away too.
