The personal link for consignors

Every consignor can get a personal link. With it, the consignor sees which items are in your shop, what's sold and how much money is still owed to them. That saves you calls and messages asking whether anything has sold yet.

Sending the link

With an email address: when you add a consignor with an email address, they get the link by email right away. Later, you send a new one with Email link on the consignor's page.

Without an email address: click Create link, then Copy. Send the link yourself, for example through WhatsApp.

What the consignor sees

• The items that are in the shop now, with their prices.
• What's sold, and when.
• The balance: what you still owe the consignor.
• The payouts you've registered.

The consignor doesn't see internal notes on an item. Want to see exactly what the consignor sees? Click View as consignor.

Expired or lost

• A link expires when it hasn't been used for 90 days. Then send a new one.
• When you create a new link, the old one stops working. Handy if a link ended up with the wrong person.

The consignor's page shows when the link was created or emailed, and when it was last opened.
